I led a team of 21 partners, streamlining workflow and reducing drive-thru times from 60 seconds to the mid-40s through data-driven optimizations. I directed peak-hour strategies to increase efficiency and throughput, and developed individualized partner playbooks that eliminated bottlenecks at both the cold bar and food stations.

I engineered a complete redesign of our church’s A/V systems, including custom DMX-controlled LED fixtures, synchronized lighting installations, and bespoke projection screens built for non-standard aspect ratios. I upgraded and integrated audio, lighting, and video systems to improve reliability and production quality while leading the technical team through weekly live services and events. My work included hands-on troubleshooting of power, signal flow, and equipment issues in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
